Culling

Culling is the process of selectively removing or discarding plants, animals, or produce that are diseased, weak, or of inferior quality. In agriculture and horticulture, culling is used to improve the overall quality of a crop or herd by eliminating undesirable individuals. Culling helps prevent the spread of diseases and ensures that only the healthiest and most productive specimens are retained.
