Rockwool

Rockwool is a soilless growing medium made from molten rock that has been spun into fibers, creating a lightweight, porous material. It is commonly used in hydroponic systems and for seed starting because it provides excellent aeration and moisture retention for plant roots. Rockwool cubes or slabs are often used in commercial and indoor farming to support healthy root growth in a controlled environment.
